About Our Team
We’re a small, committed group of Structured Literacy specialists who work virtually with students across the U.S. and Canada. We use research-backed methods to close reading gaps, build confidence, and help students experience real academic growth.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Has experience using a Structured Literacy approach (ideally in small groups and virtually)
- Can adapt lessons based on student needs and skill levels
- Has worked with diverse learners, including those with dyslexia or other learning differences
- Uses data to guide instruction
- Collaborates well with a team and communicates with warmth and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Education
- Reading Specialist certification or training in Structured Literacy
- Familiarity with digital tools and virtual instruction
- Comfortable teaching students at a K–5th grade reading level
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized, evidence-based reading instruction
- Support small groups or 1:1 students through virtual sessions
- Track and report progress based on assessments and instructional goals
- Communicate regularly with families and our internal team
