Every TVC instructor is a:
-Certified Reading Specialist, Special Education teacher, or certified classroom teacher
-Trained extensively in the Science of Reading and structured literacy
-Provided ongoing professional development throughout the school year
-Supported through weekly fidelity checks to ensure instruction is aligned, consistent, and high-quality
